AdultDiapersBriefs.com contracts with the following carriers (OnTrac, UPS Ground and FedEx Ground) for delivery of our Adult Diapers, Baby Diapers and other Incontinence Supplies. We reserve the right to decide which carrier we will ship your order with. We only ship within the continental United States. We do not ship by US Mail and therefore cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Please note: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide AdultDiapersBriefs.com with the correct shipping address. If UPS or FED EX is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address from the customer a $5.00 address correction fee will be assessed.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of items. Items returned to AdultDiapersBriefs.com after 30 days and without contacting AdultDiapersBriefs.com will not be refunded. The customer assumes all responsibility for shipping costs for all returned items back to AdultDiapersBriefs.com.  Return items must be in their original packaging and in good condition in order to have a replacement or refund issued. If the original packaging has been damaged or opened, AdultDiapersBriefs.com will not accept the return.

AdultDiapersBriefs.com is not responsible for items stolen or lost when they are being returned to AdultDiapersBriefs.com. We will issue a credit to the original credit card for the cost of the item and sales tax, if applicable. Please allow 5 to 15 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
